Trump spoke to his supporters in West Palm Beach after he won Pennsylvania.

He called his campaign the ‘greatest’ political movement. While on stage, he said: “We have taken back control of the Senate,”, “Wow, that’s good.” He added: “This is a magnificent victory for the American people, that will allow us to make America great again.”

While many Americans are happy with the results, the rest of the world appears to be looking on in horror.

One person wrote on social media: “Other countries watching Americans struggle to choose between a competent woman and convicted felon.”

A second wrote: “Waking up on another continent and seeing that Americans really voted for Donald Trump to be president AGAIN!!! like, are you guys THAT opposed to having a female president??”

A third agreed: “Congratulations America. Now the rest of the world has to laugh at you for another 4 years,”.

Another wrote, simply: “What is wrong with America,”.

Others penned: “I don’t want to hear anyone complain about anything for the next 4 years. You are about to get what you deserve.” and  “He might be the worst presidential candidate in USA history and it says a lot about the American citizens that he got as many votes as he did.”

A Brit wrote: “As a British person, how are Americans struggling between picking a well-educated woman or a convicted felon who’s going to make everyone’s lives awful,”.

Another said: “Non-Americans are watching the US struggle to choose between electing a professional career politician or a racist serial s*x offender with 34 felony charges and the IQ of a spoon.”
